This is a compound softgel supplement from Bulletproof. It differs from the rest of the Bulletproof MCT range in that it combines the C8 MCT oil (which the rest of the range uses on its own) with two additional functional ingredients: CoQ10 and PQQ.
CoQ10 and PQQ are both fat-soluble compounds, which means they are typically better absorbed when taken with a fat. The C8 MCT oil in the softgel serves as that fat carrier, and also contributes to the total fat content of the softgel.

Directions for Use
Take one softgel per day, preferably with a meal. Because CoQ10 and PQQ are fat-soluble, taking them with food (especially food containing some fat) supports absorption.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Can I take this with coffee or Bulletproof Coffee?
Yes — taking it with breakfast or with your morning coffee is one common approach. Taking with a meal is preferable to taking on an empty stomach since CoQ10 and PQQ are fat-soluble.
