Directions for Use
Take 1 scoop daily, mixed into 240–360 mL (8–12 oz) of water or a smoothie. Best taken in the morning, mid-afternoon or as part of a post-workout routine.
Reds can be combined with other BodyHealth products including Greens, PerfectAmino and PerfectAmino Electrolytes. When combining with multiple powders, use 360–480 mL (12–16 oz) of water for proper mixing.

What does it taste like?
A naturally berry-forward flavour from the fruit and berry blend, with a subtle natural sweetness from the stevia, monk fruit and katemfe fruit blend. Mixes cleanly into water, juice or smoothies.
Why include the natural sweetener system?
BodyHealth specifically uses 100% Stevia Reb M (the rarest extract from the stevia leaf), monk fruit, and katemfe fruit extract — without erythritol or any of the common artificial sweeteners. The katemfe fruit extract is unusually expensive and acts as a synergiser for the natural sweetener blend.
Reds vs Greens — what’s the difference?
Reds is a fruit, berry, mushroom and herbal blend. Greens is a green vegetable, sea vegetable and grass blend. They’re designed to complement rather than replace each other — many users take both daily as part of a varied plant-intake routine.
