About Glutathione
Glutathione is a small protein-like molecule (a tripeptide) made up of three amino acids: cysteine, glutamine and glycine. It is found naturally in cells throughout the human body, where it’s produced by the liver. Glutathione is also present in trace amounts in some foods, including raw vegetables and certain meats.
BodyHealth Liposomal L-Glutathione provides glutathione in a liquid liposomal format, taken as a daily dietary supplement.
What “Liposomal” Means
A liposome is a tiny spherical structure formed from phospholipids — the same kind of fat-based molecules that make up the membranes of human cells. In a liposomal supplement, the active ingredient is encapsulated within these phospholipid spheres.
BodyHealth uses sunflower-derived phosphatidylcholine to form the liposomes in this formula. The result is a liquid supplement designed to be taken sublingually (held under the tongue) before swallowing.

A high-purity, fermentation-derived L-glutathione produced from torula yeast by Kohjin Life Sciences in Japan. Opitac™ is one of the most established branded glutathione ingredients used in supplement formulations worldwide.
Phosphatidylcholine (from sunflower lecithin) — 75mg
A naturally-occurring phospholipid derived from sunflower seeds. In this formula, phosphatidylcholine forms the liposomes that encapsulate the glutathione.
PerfectAmino® EAA & NA Proprietary Blend — 5mg
A precise blend of free-form essential amino acids and non-essential amino acids in BodyHealth’s proprietary ratio.

Directions for Use
Take 2 mL (approximately ½ teaspoon) daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. For best results, hold under the tongue for 30–60 seconds before swallowing.
Shake gently before use. Refrigerate after opening for best results. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Why is the formula sunflower-based?
Many liposomal supplements use soy-derived lecithin to form the phospholipid spheres. BodyHealth uses sunflower-derived phosphatidylcholine instead, making the formula suitable for those avoiding soy.
What is Opitac™?
Opitac™ is a branded form of L-glutathione produced through a yeast fermentation process. It is a non-animal-derived ingredient suitable for vegan formulations.
Does the product contain alcohol?
A small amount of ethanol is included as part of the liquid base — this is common in liposomal liquid supplements. The amount per serving is minimal.
