What's the difference to MCT Oil?

  • Brain Octane contains only C-8 carbon medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) from coconut and sustainably sourced palm kernel. We've had feedback that it's great for focus and productivity while studying / working.
    MCT Oil contains both C-8 and C-10 length chains. C-10 is more closely associated with metabolic functions ­ ie. it is better suited for weight loss and a physical energy boost.

    Formulated supplementary sports food to be consumed as part of a nutritious diet and as part of a program of physical activity.

Excellent product - weight reduction and no more brain fog!

Purchased the MCT Bain Octane C8 oil from Bullet Proof and couldnt be happier - no bad taste to the product and the travel size is particularly useful when going away. I have noticed a weight reduction of 1.1kg in only 8 days ( no dietary or exercise differences made during that time), reduction in 'mama brain fog' and much more energy. Im not sure if the product is meant for weight loss but I will certainly be purchasing more of this item soon as this is certainly an unexpected and much needed outcome ;-)

I love my bulletproof coffee and my morning ritual of adding the ghee and mct oil. Great brain booster and so many great blends to choose from. Ethically sourced and toxin free! It's a healthy coffee choice!
